About this certification
Foundations of Psychometric Tests (FPT) is our flagship instructor-led programme — a comprehensive journey across the four pillars of psychometric assessment: Interest, Ability, Personality and EQ tests. You learn what each family of tests measures, the psychometric principles of reliability, validity and norms, and how to combine results into meaningful decisions for selection, development and counselling.
The programme follows the BPS-aligned occupational testing pathway and is taught by Wing Commander Paulson Joseph (Retd), a BPS delegated assessor (Level A/B since 2006) with 25+ years of experience and 10,000+ individuals trained.
